Catherine Rose Chiara is sacristan and parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake in Mandeville, Louisiana. Catherine began painting in 1994. In early February of 2012, Catherine was riding a bus and saw a Divine Light which led her from Cincinnati, Ohio to Mandeville, Louisiana. God took away her desire to paint and use her gift. As time went by and she grew closer to Jesus she began to get back her gift. Jesus asked her to only paint images of him.  For 10 years Catherine has been sacristan. She then went on to help with Parish School of Religion as 5th grade teacher, now called Family Involved Religious Education teaching kindergarten. She is an altar server, lector, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd teacher, Lord Teach me to Pray facilitator, and prays with Rosa Mystica Prayers for Priests.
